The Commissioner has suspended operation of the Notice of Intent to Foreclose Electronic System effective Friday, April 10, 2020, at 5 p.m., in accordance with Governor Hogan's executive order number 20-04-03-01. No new NOI submissions will be accepted during the pendency of the state of emergency. The Foreclosure Registration System remains in effect.
