The Office of the Commissioner of Financial Regulation is located at 500 N Calvert Street in Baltimore City,
between E. Franklin Street and E. Center Street, and directly across the street from the "Sun Building." The
office is located on the fourth floor.
There is on-street parking on the surrounding blocks or garage parking on either side of the 600 block of
Calvert Street.
Driving Directions
From the north via I-95
As you approach the Fort McHenry Tunnel, prepare to enter the right tube as you will take exit 55 toward Key
Highway almost immediately after exiting the tunnel.
Merge onto E McComas Street.
Turn right at Key Highway.
Turn right at Light Street.
As you cross over Pratt Street, Light Street will change name to Calvert Street.
Continue to follow and destination will be on the left between E. Franklin Street and E. Center Street.
From the north/east via US-40 W
From points north, take Pulaski Highway/US-40 W towards Baltimore City.
Turn right at N Exeter Street.
Turn left at Hillen Street.
Turn right at N Calvert Street.
Destination will be on the left between E. Franklin Street and E. Center Street.
From the north/west via I-83
Take I-83 S toward Baltimore.
Take the exit on the left toward Pleasant Street.
Turn Right at Hillen Street.
Turn right at N Calvert Street.
Destination will be on the left between E Franklin Street and E Center Street.
From the south via MD-295
From MD-295 N continue straight onto Russell Street - you will see signs for I-95/I-395.
Turn right at W. Hamburg Street.
Turn left at S. Hanover Street.
Turn right at W. Montgomery Street.
Turn left at Light Street.
As you cross over Pratt Street, Light Street will change name to Calvert Street.
Continue to follow and destination will be on the left between E. Franklin Street and E. Center Street.
From the south via I-95
Traveling on I-95 N toward Baltimore, take exit 53 and merge onto I-395 N toward Martin Luther King Blvd.
Bear left at split in ramp toward the Inner Harbor.
Stay in your right lane, and at the first traffic light, turn right onto Conway Street.
Turn left at Light Street.
As you cross over Pratt Street, Light Street will change name to Calvert Street.
Continue to follow and destination will be on the left between E. Franklin Street and E. Center Street.
From the south/west via US-40
Travel via Baltimore National Pike/ US-40 E toward Baltimore.
Turn left at St Paul Street.
In approximately 0.1 mile, merge onto St Paul Place.
Immediately merge into the left lane and turn left at E. Franklin Street.
Turn left at N. Calvert Street.
Destination will be on immediate left.
