DLLR's Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing

An architect licensed in Maryland may obtain a verification of examination grades and/or current license status from the Board by submitting the verification form of the state to which he or she wants the form sent (visit the NCARB website for state contact information) and paying the $10 verification fee. Submit the form by mail, 500 N. Calvert Street, Baltimore MD 21202, or email architect@dllr.state.md.us.

Payment can be made online by charging to your credit card.

OR

Mail a check for $10 (made payable to DLLR-ARCH) with the verification form to the Board Office at 500 N. Calvert Street, Room 308, Baltimore MD 21202

BUT REMEMBER: You must provide us with a form to process.
