From Interstate 95:
Take Route 198 east toward Laurel.
Route 198 becomes Gorman Avenue.
Turn RIGHT onto Fourth Street.
At the first stop sign, turn LEFT onto Marshall Avenue
312 Marshall Avenue is a 10-story office building on the right.

From Interstate 97:
Take Route 32 west toward Columbia.
Turn LEFT on Route 198.
Turn LEFT onto Route 1 Southbound.
Go approximately 3 blocks. At the Big T/Tastee Freeze, turn RIGHT onto Marshall Avenue.
312 Marshall Avenue is a 10-story high rise office building on the left.

From Route 295:
Take Route 198 west towards Laurel.
Turn LEFT on Route 1 Southbound.
Go approximately 3 blocks. At the Big T/Tastee Freeze, turn RIGHT onto Marshall Avenue.
