License Requirements - Maryland Licensure of Athlete Agents |

Individuals desiring a athlete agents license must document their formal training, practical experience
and educational background which relates to the individuals professional activity as a athlete agent.
Corporations filing for a corporate athlete agent license must provide
the names and addresses of all persons, with the exception
of bona-fide employees, who have a financial interest in
the operation of the business of a the athlete agent. Members
of the State Bar of Maryland must list only those persons
involved in the activities of the athlete agent.
