THE CHECK/MONEY ORDER PROCESSING PROCEDURES HAVE CHANGED

As of June 1st, 2022, all checks/money orders received, will be deposited, before applications are processed. When applications are sent back, the money will be refunded. It will take 8-10 weeks to receive the refund. If you are resubmitting an application before you receive the refund, you must submit a new check. Thank you.
