Licensing Workshop - Maryland Home Improvement Commission

 

If you are interested in obtaining an MHIC contractor, subcontractor, or sales license, you may want to attend a free workshop to learn about the MHIC licensing process & requirements. Licensing workshops are held on the 3rd Thursday of every other (even-numbered) month at 2 p.m., at 500 N. Calvert Street, Baltimore, MD 21202 in the 2nd floor conference room (please use the Centre Street entrance to the building). Although this workshop is not mandatory, we recommend that you attend prior to submitting your application for a license. Pre-registration for the workshop is not required.
