DLLR's Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing

Complaints must be submitted in writing, using the standard complaint form utilized by the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing. If warranted, a formal hearing would be held before the members of the Commission to determine the proper disciplinary action to be taken.
