State offices and all DLLR physical locations will be closed to the public May 24th through May 27th, 2012.
However, Unemployment Insurance telephone and Web operations WILL be available on Friday, May 24th.

Complaints must be submitted in writing, using the
standard complaint form utilized by the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing. If
warranted, a formal hearing would be held before the members of the Commission to determine the
proper disciplinary action to be taken.
