    2. COMAR 09.09.03.03 – Update on proposed regulation for requirement for Journey License to be eligible for the Master license exam.
    3. COMAR 09.09.03.04 – Update on proposed regulation on Provision of Electrical Services.
    4. Continue discussion on definition of Qualified Agent
    5. The Board will discuss any other Old Business, as necessary.

  7. CLOSED SESSION :

 

The Board may convene in a Closed Session to review applications or license reinstatement requests, discuss the eligibility and qualification of such individuals pursuant to §§ 12-302, 12-309, or 12-312  of the Business Occupations and Professions Article,  Annotated Code of Maryland  in compliance with § 3-305(b)(2) of the General Provisions Article,  Annotated Code of Maryland;  receive advice of Counsel regarding the Commission's authority pertaining to such applications, in compliance with § 3-305(b)(7); or consider license examination content, in compliance with § 3-305(b)(11)  of the General Provisions Article,  Annotated Code of Maryland .
