- CLOSED SESSION:
The Board may convene in a Closed Session to review applications or license reinstatement requests, discuss the eligibility and qualification of such individuals pursuant to §§ 12-302, 12-309, or 12-312 of the Business Occupations and Professions Article, Annotated Code of Maryland in compliance with § 3-305(b)(2) of the General Provisions Article, Annotated Code of Maryland; receive advice of Counsel regarding the Commission's authority pertaining to such applications, in compliance with § 3-305(b)(7); or consider license examination content, in compliance with § 3-305(b)(11) of the General Provisions Article, Annotated Code of Maryland.
