Fundamentals of Engineering Examination

Applicants can apply directly with NCEES for the Fundamentals of Engineering Examination. Applicants for the Fundamentals of Engineering examination on need to apply to the Maryland Board if you do not have an EAC/ABET approved degree. The Fundamentals of Engineering examination is administered by Pearson Vue. Register for the Fundamentals of Engineering exam.

All PE exams are offered twice a year except for the following:

PE exams offered in October only

    Nuclear Engineering
  • Petroleum Engineering

Admission information for the Principles and Practice examination will be sent via email from NCEES approximately 2 to 3 weeks prior to the exam date with download instructions.
