DLLR's Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing

Licensed Surveyors in Maryland may obtain a verification of:

• Successful FLS Examination
• Successful PLS examination
• Current Licensure

A verification of current licensure or exam grades can be sent to another state. This can be requested one of two ways:

1. Send a check in the amount of $20 along with the verification form from the other state directly to the Board at 500 N. Calvert Street, Room 308, Baltimore, MD 21202. Attach a letter stating the information to be verified.

2. You can pay the fee online. However, you must still send us the form. Attach a letter stating that you have paid the fee online and specifying the information to be verified.

A Verification is usually completed within 2-3 weeks of receipt.
