The Board of Foresters investigates complaints from consumers
concerning services provided by individuals providing forestry
services in Maryland. Upon evidence of a willful and deliberate
violation of the Forestry Laws and Regulations, the Board
may reprimand, suspend, revoke and or fine a licensee or
permit holder. The Board, however, does not have the authority
to order monetary awards to consumers.
