Keeping Section of the Ethics Standard Rules 1-1(b) and
(c) and 1-2(e)(i) and (iv) of the USPAP.
06-REA-15 William Creager was reprimanded for violating
Business Occupations and Professions Article, §16-701(a)(1)(xiii)

06-REA-29 Calvin Ball was fined $500 for having
violated Bus. Occ. and Prof. Art., Annotated Code of Md.,
§16-701(a)(1)(x), (xi), and (xiii) by failing to exercise
reasonable diligence to develop, prepare or communicate
an appraisal, by negligently developing , preparing, or
communicating an appraisal, and by violating COMAR 09.19.05.01B
by failing to comply with USPAP provisions, specifically
Standards Rule 1-1(b0, Standards Rule 2 and the Conduct
section and the Ethic Rules of the USPAP.
07-REA-20 Warren Blair was reprimanded for having
violated Bus. Occ. and Prof. Art., Annotated Code of Md.,
§16-701(a)(1)(xiii), COMAR 09.19.05.01B, and Standards Rule 1-5 of USPAP.
05-REA-41 Kenneth Brown, license was revoked for
having violated Bus. Occ. and Prof. Art., Annotated Code
of Md., §16-701(a)(1)(xiii) and §16-208, COMAR
09.19.05.01B, and the Conduct section of the Ethics Rules

06-REA-66 David Christian was fined $1,500 for having
violated Bus. Occ. and Prof. Art., Annotated Code of Md.,
§16-701(a)(1)(x) and §16-208, COMAR 09.19.05.01B
and the Conduct section of the Ethics Rule and Standards Rule 2 of the USPAP.
07-REA-07 Robert Imperato was reprimanded for having
violated Bus. Occ. and Prof. Art., Annotated Code of Md., §16-701(a)(1)(x).
07-REA-40 David Katz, license renewal denied for
having violated Bus. Occ. and Prof. Art., Annotated Code of Md., §16-701(a)(v)(1).
08-REA-03 Yolande Payne-Jones was fined $500 for

05-REA-43 Labby Akinsanmi was fined $2,500 and Order
to complete the 15-Hour National USPAP Course for having
violated Bus. Occ. and Prof. Art., Annotated Code of Md.,
§§16-208(a) and (b) and 16-701(a)(1)(xiii), COMAR
09.19.0.50.01B, and the Conduct Section of the Ethics Rules
and Standards Rules 1-4(a) and 1-4(b) of the USPAP.
04-REA-06 Kenneth Brown was fined $5,000 for having
violated Bus. Occ. and Prof. Art., Annotated Code of Md.,
§16-701(a)(1)(x), (xi) and (xiii), COMAR 09.19.05.01B,
