The Board of Public Accountancy investigates complaints
from consumers concerning service provided concerning services
provided certified public accountants. Upon evidence of
a willful and deliberate violation of the Public Accountancy
Laws and Regulations, the Board may reprimand, suspend,
revoke and or fine a licensee or permit holder. The Board,
however, does not have the authority to order monetary awards to consumers.
