On October 10, 2012, the Elevator Safety Review Board proposed to repeal the existing regulation .01 and adopt new regulation .01 under COMAR 09.35.01 General Regulations. This action was considered by the Elevator Safety Review Board at a public meeting held on June 22, 2012, notice of which was given pursuant to State Government Article, §10-506 (c )(1), Annotated Code of Maryland.
