From Interstate 95:
Take Route 198 east toward Laurel.
Route 198 becomes Gorman Avenue.
Turn RIGHT onto Fourth Street.
At the first stop sign, turn LEFT onto Marshall Avenue
312 Marshall Avenue is a 10-story office building on the right.
From Interstate 97:
Take Route 32 west toward Columbia.
Turn LEFT on Route 198.
Turn LEFT onto Route 1 Southbound.
Go approximately 3 blocks. At the Big T/Tastee Freeze, turn
RIGHT onto Marshall Avenue.
312 Marshall Avenue is a 10-story high rise office building
on the left.
From Route 295:
Take Route 198 west towards Laurel.
Turn LEFT on Route 1 Southbound.
Go approximately 3 blocks. At the Big T/Tastee Freeze, turn

PARKING IS AVAILABLE ON THE LOT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE
BUILDING AND ON THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING. IF YOU PARK ON
THE BUILDING LOT, YOU MUST DISPLAY
A TEMPORARY PARKING PERMIT, download
a parking pass (Word format, 48KB,
download Word viewer for free).
Parking also is available in the Laurel Shopping Center behind the
building. Park near the archway entrance to Champion Billiards. Walk straight down the
corridor through the tan gates. This will bring you onto the 2nd floor of 312
Marshall Avenue. Take the elevator to the 6th floor. NOTE: If you park at
the shopping center, do not post the temporary parking permit.
