| Your plan must describe the implementation and manner of medical and
training recordkeeping. Procedures for employee confidentiality
and access to records should be described. In addition, if you are
currently required to maintain the OSHA 300 Log in your facility,
you will also be responsible for maintaining a Sharps Injury Log.
