Financial Regulation Renewal Application
On-Line Application Process
Login using the Registration Number and Password.
(If you are a returning user, you will be able to continue the renewal application where you left off after you Login.)
Select the Offices that you want to renew on-line.
Update the common information that applies to all Offices being renewed on-line.
Update the licensing information for each Office being renewed on-line.
Select the payment option and pay the required fees.
Pay on-line using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover).
(RECOMMENDED METHOD FOR FASTER PROCESSING)
Pay by check.
Print the confirmation page.
Send any required follow-up information to the Commissioner. Required items will be listed on the confirmation page.
Late renewals will not be processed on-line.
Business name changes cannot be processed during an on-line renewal.
Branch offices can only be renewed on-line during the renewal of the Original Branch office.

Your responses to the questions on this application are continuing in nature. You must immediately advise the Commissioner of Financial Regulation of any information that may change your answers.
