On-Line Interim Change Process
Login using the Registration Number and Password for the Original Office.
Select the Branch Offices that you want to update on-line.
Update the common information that applies to the Original Office and all Branch Offices being updated on-line.
Update the licensing information for the Original office and each Branch Office being updated on-line.
View and print the confirmation page.
Send any required follow-up information to the Commissioner of Financial Regulation.
(Required items will be listed on the confirmation page.)
Business name changes cannot be processed during an on-line interim change.
Branch offices can only be updated on-line before the renewal period of the Original Branch office.
