Financial Regulation - Interim Changes Application

On-Line Interim Change Process
  1. Login using the Registration Number and Password for the Original Office.
  2. Select the Branch Offices that you want to update on-line.
  3. Update the common information that applies to the Original Office and all Branch Offices being updated on-line.
  4. Update the licensing information for the Original office and each Branch Office being updated on-line.
  5. View and print the confirmation page.
  6. Send any required follow-up information to the Commissioner of Financial Regulation.
