An applicant may qualify for licensure by reciprocity who:
  1. is licensed to practice Land Surveying in another jurisdiction of the United States.
  2. Provides adequate evidence that, at the time the applicant was licensed in another jurisdiction, the applicant met requirements that were equivalent to those required by the State of Maryland.
  3. Successfully completing two State-Specific Examinations: Maryland Law and Storm Drain and Road Grade Design.
