Maryland Bank Commissioner Mark Kaufman to Participate in CFPB National Press Call 
to Discuss Enforcement Matter

 

WASHINGTON -- Today, Thursday, December 19, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), state attorneys general, and state banking commissioners will host a press call to discuss an enforcement matter. The call will include on-the-record remarks from CFPB Director Richard Cordray, Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, Iowa Attorney General Tom Miller, Florida Commissioner of Financial Regulation Drew J. Breakspear, and Maryland Commissioner of Financial Regulation Mark Kaufman. After the remarks, there will be an opportunity for questions. Materials will be released to press before the call.
