On November 7, 2012, the Secretary of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation adopted the repeal of Regulation
.18-3 under COMAR 09.32.01 Obligations of Employers. This action, which was proposed for adoption in
39:1 Md. R. 28 (January 13, 2012), has been adopted as proposed.
Effective Date: January 7, 2013.
