On December 12, 2012, the Commission of Real Estate Appraisers, Appraisal Management Companies, and Home Inspectors adopted new Regulation
.01 under a new chapter, COMAR 09.36.01 General Regulations. This action, which was proposed for
adoption in 39:20 Md. R. 1323—1324 (October 5, 2012), has been adopted as proposed.
Effective Date: January 7, 2013.
