On August 14, 2012, the Maryland Commission of Real Estate Appraisers, Appraisal Management Companies, and Home
Inspectors adopted amendments to Regulation .01 under COMAR 09.19.05 Code of Ethics. This action,
which was proposed for adoption in 39:13 Md. R. 798 (June 29, 2012), has been adopted as proposed.
Effective Date: October 29, 2012.
