On December 11, 2012, the Commission of Real Estate Appraisers, Appraisal Management Companies, and Home Inspectors
adopted amendments to Regulation .04 under COMAR 09.19.02 Educational Requirements. This action, which
was proposed for adoption in 39:20 Md. R. 1313—1314 (October 5, 2012), has been adopted as proposed.
Effective Date: January 7, 2013.
