On August 16, 2012, the State Board of Plumbing adopted new Regulation
.03 under COMAR 09.20.01 State Plumbing Code. This action, which was proposed for adoption in
39:1 Md. R. 26—27 (January 13, 2012) and reproposed in 39:13 Md. R. 798—799 (June 29, 2012), has been adopted as reproposed.
Effective Date: February 4, 2013.
