On September 26, 2012, the Real Estate Commission adopted new Regulation .27 under
COMAR 09.11.01 General Regulations. This action, which was proposed for adoption in 39:16 Md. R.
1086 — 1087 (August 10, 2012), has been adopted as proposed.
Effective Date: October 29, 2012.
