On October 17, 2016, the Commissioner of Labor and Industry adopted amendments to Regulations .04, .10, and .11 under COMAR 09.12.26 Crane Safety. This action, which was proposed for adoption in 43:17 Md. R. 974 (August 19, 2016), has been adopted as proposed..

Effective Date: November 24, 2016.
