RCR 017-18 Driver Christopher Offutt is suspended from driving for 3 days (5/11/18-5/13/18) for "Failing To Control His Horse" (STR12), TV SENSATION, in the 3rd race on 5/9/18 at Rosecroft Raceway by allowing his horse to step into the arch of the race bike of UNCLE IKE before the 1/4 pole causing both horses to DNF.
