PSI Examination
Services provides appraiser examination services for
the Commission of Real Estate Appraisers and Home Inspectors.
PSI has computerized examination centers located in Baltimore,
College Park, Hagerstown and Salisbury. You can find out
about qualifying to take and schedule the examination by
contacting PSI at 1-800-733-9267.
Effective October 1, 2008 an applicant for a home inspector license must successfully
complete the National Home Inspector Examination. PSI Examination Services administers the National
Home Inspector Examination. Applicants may
choose to take the National Home Inspector Examination administered through
PSI Examination Services.
