DLLR's Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing

Any person may file a complaint against a licensed, certified appraiser or a home inspector. Complaints must be filed in writing on forms provided by the Commission. Contact the Commission at (410) 230-6165 to obtain an appraiser/home inspection complaint form only or (410) 230-6379 for updates on the home inspection complaint process.
