COMAR 09.20.02 - Enforcement of Plumbing Law by the Board
The purpose of this action was to clarify the yearly education requirements for plumbing inspectors hired by the State, a county, or a local government; to conform to Business Occupations and Professions Article, §12-503(a)(1), Annotated Code of Maryland; and to require that each inspector complete eight hours of continuing education each calendar year to adequately ensure that the inspector remains qualified to inspect in accordance with the State Plumbing Code.
