Property Management Company). License REVOKED and
licensee FINED $5,000 for violation of § 17-322(b)(4),
(22), and (33) and COMAR 9.11.01.07 and 09.11.02.01C for
failing to provide timely and accurate accountings of income
and expense under a property management agreement, for failing
to pay routine expenses associated with the rental units
as required by the management agreement, for failing to
remit rent monies owed to the owners of the units, and for
failing to notify the owners of the outcome of court proceedings
brought to collect rent. A Guaranty Fund Award in

the seller, and for failing to protect the seller's interests
by telling her that the buyers were unable to continue the

attempt to avoid the obligation he had undertaken to make
certain repairs to the property.

for a wife to sign her husband's name to a contract. Phyllis
James agrees to pay $5,682.21 to the Claimants.
