Elevator Mechanic:
- Nonrefundable Application Fee: $25
- 2-Year Initial License: $175
- 2-Year License Renewal: $200
Elevator Contactor:
- Nonrefundable Application Fee: $25
- 2-Year Initial License: $275
- 2-Year License Renewal: $300
Temporary Elevator Mechanic:
- 30-Day Initial License: $25
- 30-Day Renewal License (Each): $10
