DLLR's Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing

Each certificate holder is responsible for promptly notifying the Board of any address changes. Failure to do so resulting in not receiving certificate renewal notices may result in late renewal fee charges. $100 late fee will be charged when an individual's certificate is not renewed by the expiration date.

ADDRESS CHANGES may be made

• ONLINE using your registration number and password

OR

• E-MAIL the Board at interiordesign@dllr.state.md.us

NAME CHANGES

• You must submit copies of the appropriate documents (court order, marriage license) to the Board. Please contact the Board office at 410-230-6259, or by email at interiordesign@dllr.state.md.us.

There is NO fee for address/name changes.
