Purpose: This Instruction adopts the OSHA Inspection Scheduling for Construction Directive. This instruction implements OSHA's programmed inspection plan for the construction industry. This program does not include general industry or maritime industries.
 
Scope: MOSH-wide.

Summary:

This Instruction adopts the OSHA Inspection Scheduling for Construction Directive. This instruction implements OSHA's programmed inspection plan for the construction industry.

Action:

  1. MOSH compliance and consultation personnel shall ensure OSHA Directive CPL 02-00-155 is utilized while preparing for and performing on site inspections and visits to construction sites.
     
  2. Supervisors shall ensure that this instruction is reviewed with all compliance officers and consultation staff.
     
  3. Wherever the OSHA Instruction references job titles and offices, the equivalent MOSH job title or office shall apply.
     
  4. The IMIS identifier code to be used in item 25d on the OSHA-1 or on the equivalent OIS form will be "CTARGET".
