Exposure Control Plan - Implementation Schedule - Maryland Occupational Safety and Health (MOSH)
|
| |
The exposure plan must also identify the means and methods that you
are using to reach the compliance goals. As noted above, the standard
gives you the flexibility to choose the methods that work best for
you, provided that you meet the performance goals. However, you
are required to include non-managerial employees, who have responsibility
for direct patient care, in the identification, evaluation and selection
of engineering and work practice controls that will eliminate or
reduce occupational exposure. |
