Where to find help
The Commissioner of Financial Regulation is the regulatory agency in Maryland for Debt
Management Companies doing business with Maryland residents. If you
encounter a problem with a Debt Management Company, please contact that
company first to resolve the problem. If you cannot resolve the problem
with your company, you may submit a written complaint to the Commissioner.
