State offices and all DLLR physical locations will be closed to the public May 25th through May 28th, 2012.
However, Unemployment Insurance telephone and Web operations WILL be available on Friday, May 25th.

Ms. Francois has been Deputy Assistant Secretary since September 2009, after joining DLLR in 2007 as DWDAL's
Director of Discretionary Grants. Her grants-management skills led to the acquisition of more than $20,000,000 to
administer innovative workforce and training programs. Prior to joining DLLR, she served as the Director of
Special Projects for the Anne Arundel Workforce Development Corporation (AAWDC). Ms. Francois began her career in
human services with the Anne Arundel County Department of Social Services as Executive Director of the Annapolis
and Glen Burnie Family Support Centers. A two-time graduate of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, Ms.
Francois holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Rehabilitation Services and a Masters Degree in Education.
